Jennifer C. Roy, Ph.D., a visionary leader with a commitment to urban Catholic education, was named Head of School of Trinity Catholic Academy in 2019. Dr. Roy brings to TCA more than ten years of experience in Catholic education administration as the Vice Principal at Blessed Sacrament School in Walpole, MA, and Curriculum Coordinator at Nativity Preparatory School in Jamaica Plain, MA. She also has extensive teaching experience at Nativity Prep and at urban Catholic schools in Chicago.
Kristin Blanchette’s education through the Archdiocese of Boston’s Aspiring Principal’s program, her experience as a Catholic school teacher, and her passion to have a greater impact on the development and education of children make her an exceptional Lower Campus Principal. Overall, Kristin has spent 8 years teaching in the Archdiocese of Boston including her prior roles at Trinity Catholic as the Head Preschool Teacher and Summer Camp Director.
Betty has taught in elementary grades for 39 years in the city of Brockton. During that time, she created Brockton’s extended day program, Smart Start, which operated year-round in all elementary schools in the city. In working with the Massachusetts’ Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), Betty has gained significant expertise in writing, reviewing and renewing vouchers for after school care. Betty is extremely pleased to have established the after-school program at TCA.
Melissa has lived and grew up in Brockton since she was 3 years old. She graduated from Stonehill College in 2013 with a B.A. in Marketing. Her previous experience in management gives her the ability to effectively use her communication and finance skills in the role of Tuition Manager for TCA. Melissa is excited to work in the community in which she resides.
Angela brings several years of experience in working with Catholic schools to Trinity Catholic Academy. She graduated from Stonehill College with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics. A Brockton native, Angela is happy to work in the community in which she grew up.
